Tillamook County Historical Society will hold its Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kiawanda Community Center in Pacific City. The meeting will feature a special presentation on the history of Neskowin by historian and editor Jim Affolter, who will present an illustrated talk exploring the history of the village of Neskowin, accompanied by a slideshow of historic images.

Affolter is one of the editors of the newly published book, Neskowin: A Book of Found Photos, released by the Neskowin Historical Foundation. Many of the photographs included in the book have never been publicly seen before.

Copies of Neskowin: A Book of Found Photos will be available for purchase at the event. The Tillamook County Historical Society will also have additional books for sale.

In addition to the featured presentation, the Annual Meeting will include the adoption of new bylaws and the election of officers.

The event is free of charge and open to the public, so please invite friends and family!
