Summer is a busy time!
The Historical Society will be holding a book sale at the Clover Day celebration in downtown
Cloverdale,
Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. we will be at the Charles Ray House in downtown Cloverdale. come enjoy the parade and the ice cream at the Nestucca Creamery and the farm store of the Tillamook County Creamery Association.
This is a great opportunity to wander around town, explore the shops, and check out our growing collection of large photo murals on numerous buildings. a big thank you to Tillamook Coast Visitors Association for sponsoring the newest murals.
This summer will also bring the publication of our second edition of our historical markers book. This is a complete revision and also features an electronic interactive link for all the sites. again, a big thank you to Tillamook Coast for financing and publication of this handy, pocket-sized guide to local historical sites.
